Q. I recently purchased a DX amp and was told that an upgrade

would be available via the web. When is that going to happen?

A. The latest software version for the DX will be available sometime

in January, 2000. The new software version includes enhanced sounds

and effects and offers compatibility with the new DXFC MIDI foot controller.

Q. What are some of the sounds in the DX Series amp...and will new sounds

become available?

A. Some of the best-sounding amps, 16 in fact, were meticulously modeled

and are faithfully represented in the DX Series. To check out some sound

Because the DX is a digital, software-based amp, new sounds will be available in the future.
