* OPENING THE SELF-EXTRACTING FILE

1.  Double-click the self-extracting file, DXSeq.exe.
2.  In the edit box labelled "Extract Path:", type in the path to 
    the start menu on your computer, and add a Crate DX subdirectory.
    For example, on a typical computer with Win95, you would type:
    C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Crate DX
3.  Make sure all the files are highlighted.  You can do this by
    selecting the "Select All" option in the "File Selection" group
    box.
4.  Install the files by clicking on the "Extract" button.  This
    should automatically add a "Crate DX" option in your Start
    Menu, with the DX Midi Manager program in it.
