Alvarez guitars was very present at Robben Ford’s Traveling Dojo Guitar Camp this summer, where pre-registrants received a complimentary Artist Series AF60SB. Partnering with Robben and event producer DreamCatcher events, Alvarez became part of a total and immersive experience, where students were treated to an unforgettable week of education and performance from the legendary blues master.

“We wanted to make sure our customers were getting great value for the money,” Says Danny Heaps, CEO and Founder of Dreamcatcher Events. “Partnering with Alvarez ensured that pre-registered students not only got to play with a blues hero like Robben, but they also got to take home a fantastic instrument to commemorate the event.”

For Alvarez, playing a role in immersive and educational programs such as the Travelling Guitar Dojo is an important part of their culture. “We’re always really enthusiastic about opportunities like this,” Says Chris Meikle, Senior Vice President of St. Louis Music. “We’ve worked hard to make guitars that inspire students, and it’s great to see them used for exactly that purpose.”
